Vicki’s first Mommy & Me Class at Woodinville Top Food
Robust Life Center has partnered with Haggen | Top Food grocery stores to teach free Nutrition and Health Classes in 3 different neighborhoods: Woodinville Top Food and Marysville & Shoreline Haggen stores. Classes are taught by Vicki Lunzford-Hartzog, Certified NTP, Body Ecology Coach and practitioner at Robust Life Center and by Sam Zeiler, MS Clinical Nutritional Counseling and Director of Robust Life Center.
Below is a full listing of their class line-up and attendance is free. You must sign up ahead of time in person at the stores, as class size is limited.
